Terms of Service
The rules for using Wiremint apps, sites, and APIs.
Updated September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Wiremint, LLC (“Wiremint,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of wiremint.com, our apps, APIs, and any related software or services (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use the Services
You must be able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. The Services
Wiremint designs, ships, and runs software for real-world use — including consumer apps, an enterprise API, automation, and research tools. Features may change, pause, or end. We may offer free, paid, preview, and beta access. Pre-release features are also covered by the Beta User Agreement when that agreement applies.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and everything done through them. Keep passwords and API keys confidential. Notify us at hey@wiremint.com if you think someone else has access.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if these Terms are broken or if we have to in order to protect the Services or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Break the law or anyone else’s rights
- Probe, scan, or attack the Services except with our written permission
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the Services
- Resell, wrap, or misrepresent Wiremint software as your own product
- Upload malware or content we could not lawfully host
- Use the Services to build a competing product using our non-public materials
We may rate-limit, block, or remove access that threatens the Services.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Wiremint a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run the Services and as you otherwise instruct (for example, through an API).
You represent that you have the rights to submit that content.
6. Our software and marks
The Services, including software, design, copy, and trademarks, are owned by Wiremint or its licensors. Your right to use software we provide is described in the Software License Agreement. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Fees
Paid plans, usage, and taxes are shown at checkout or in an order. Fees are due as stated there. Unless the order says otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice for the next term.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or run alongside third-party products. Those products are governed by their own terms. Wiremint is not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIREMINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for any specific job.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIREMINT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
WIREMINT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF you have paid nothing.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Wiremint against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we shut down a Service. Sections that should survive (including 5–11, 13, and 14) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated date is at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice.
14. General
These Terms are the entire agreement for the Services, except where a signed order, the Privacy Policy, Beta User Agreement, or Software License Agreement says otherwise. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
Governing law is the law of the United States and the state in which Wiremint, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction there will hear disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
