Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wiremint, LLC (“Wiremint,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use wiremint.com, our apps, APIs, and related services (the “Services”).

It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

You provide. Account details (such as name, email), support messages, billing information processed by our payment provider, and content you upload or send through the Services.

Collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages and features used, referral source, timestamps, and diagnostics or crash data.

Cookies and similar tech. We use cookies, local storage, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used.

From others. If you pay us, the processor shares limited billing status. If you sign in with a third party, that provider may share the profile data you authorize.

We do not require sensitive categories of data (health, precise geolocation, government IDs) to use the public site. Do not send those to us unless a product specifically asks and you choose to.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services
• Create and manage accounts, including API access
• Communicate about the Services, including product and security notices
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Measure usage in aggregate
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

3. When we share information

We share information with:

• Vendors who host, process payments, send email, or provide analytics — under contracts that limit their use
• Your organization, if you use a work account
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect people or the Services
• A buyer, if Wiremint is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We may share de-identified or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you.

4. Retention

We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, including backups, security, and legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

5. Your choices

You may:

• Access, correct, or delete account information by writing hey@wiremint.com
• Opt out of non-essential product email using the link in the message
• Control cookies in your browser (some features may stop working)
• Close your account; we will delete or de-identify personal data we do not need to keep

If you are in a region with additional rights (including the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), you may also request a copy of your data, object to certain processing, or appeal a refusal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

7. International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Those places may have different data-protection laws than your own.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. For material updates we will provide additional notice when required.
