Beta User Agreement
Terms for pre-release Wiremint software and programs.
Updated September 4, 2026
This Beta User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Wiremint, LLC (“Wiremint,” “we,” “us”). It covers pre-release software, features, docs, and programs we label as alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or similar (“Beta”).
By using Beta, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Software License Agreement. If they conflict on Beta, this Agreement controls.
1. Invitation and eligibility
Beta is by invitation or by a flag we turn on. It is optional. We may accept, refuse, or remove testers at any time, for any reason.
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Beta only to evaluate it and give feedback, during the test period we set.
You may not sublicense, sell, or ship Beta to others, or use it as production infrastructure unless we say so in writing.
3. Pre-release software
Beta is unfinished. It may fail, delete data, change, or disappear without notice. Do not rely on Beta for critical work. Keep your own backups.
BETA IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
4. Confidentiality
Non-public Beta, including features, UI, performance, bugs, and docs we have not announced, is Wiremint confidential information.
You will not share it publicly — including screenshots, recordings, benchmarks, or social posts — without our written permission. You may discuss Beta with other testers in channels we provide.
This duty lasts for three years after the Beta ends, or until we make the same material public.
5. Feedback
You may (and we hope you will) send ideas, bugs, and suggestions (“Feedback”). You grant Wiremint a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use Feedback for any purpose without credit or payment. You will not provide Feedback that you do not have the right to give.
6. Data in Beta
We may collect usage, device, and diagnostic data from Beta as described in the Privacy Policy. Because Beta is unstable, do not load sensitive personal data, production secrets, or regulated records unless a specific test asks for a fixture we provide.
7. No support; no SLA
Beta has no service level, uptime, or support commitment. We may help when we can. We have no obligation to release a generally available version, or to offer the same features later.
8. Term
This Agreement starts when you first access Beta and ends when the test ends, you stop, or we revoke access. Sections 3–6, 8, and 9 survive.
On end, you will stop using Beta and delete copies we ask you to delete.
9. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIREMINT’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or indirect damages arising from Beta.
